Peter Thomson is a Scottish farmer who has been working in Ukrainian agriculture since 1993. Between 2006 and 2017, he was the chief production officer at Ukrainian Agricultural Investments, overseeing production processes on 220,000 hectares of cultivated land, which included 60 farms and 5 grain elevators. Before joining UAI, Peter was the Head of Operations Ukraine and Russia at AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO). Presently, he is Swiss Sustainable Agricultural Holding CEO.

Kyrylo Mashchenko has experience in agricultural product sales dating back to 2011. In the past, he worked at an international export trade company, where he was responsible for the procurement and sales of agricultural products in Ukraine and Moldova. He created agricultural production-related departments and business processes on 21,000 hectares of land, and oversaw operating activity of three grain elevators. Also, Kyrylo participated in international trade fairs and in his company’s certification and promotion in new markets. Presently, he is responsible for the sales of SSAH’s agricultural products and for operating activity of its logistics assets.

Serhii Bocharov boasts twenty years of experience in agriculture. During his career, he worked as the chief financial officer and the head of corporate financing at large and medium-sized Ukrainian agricultural holding companies. He also worked at international organizations concerned with reform and sustainable development of agriculture in Ukraine. Presently, he is Swiss Sustainable Agricultural Holding CFO.

Mykola Afteniy, has 9 years of experience in the field of IT. From 2012 to 2015 he worked in a state-owned company, where he accompanied the software for warehouse accounting. From 2015 to 2020 he worked in the IT department of the international agricultural holding, where he held the position of software engineer and provided uninterrupted information activities in Ukraine and the CIS countries. In 2017, he led a project to introduce video and satellite control over the company's resources in Kazakhstan. He is currently the Head of IT at SSAH Group.

Pylypenko Maksym, who has 8 years of experience in the state tax and customs affairs, worked for five years in the division of NJSC "Naftogaz" in the field of security and protection of economic interests of the southern region of the company. He took an active part in projects to modernize security systems, ACS and video surveillance of stationary facilities. At SSAH, he is responsible for the security sector.
