It has no specific pests, which makes it possible to grow without insecticides. Chickpea crops are damaged by diseases, especially root rot. The duration of the growing season is 92-95 days. The height of attachment of the lower bean is 25 cm. The protein content is 30%. Plant height - 50-55 cm. Weight of 1000 grains - 380.0-390.0 g. It has a complex resistance to various fungal diseases. Frost - and winter hardiness is high (8.6 points), drought resistance is increased (8.2 points). Resistance to shedding 8.5-9.0 points. Resistance to lodging 8.5 - 8.8 points.

Approbation signs: Variety of gordeiforme. Ear spiny, not pubescent red, dense, prismatic, medium length 75-85 mm. Stipules hard, jagged, red. The grain is white, oval-elongated, large in size. Spikelet scales oblong-oval. The tooth is short, sharp, beak-shaped. Shoulder oval, narrow.

The duration of the vegetation period of the spring form is 98-113 days, the winter form at the level of standard varieties, incl. within 35-40 days there is a grain filling, drought resistance is above average, resistance to lodging is high. Plant height 75-95 cm. The variety is characterized by a more uniform distribution of dry matter accumulation by phases of grain filling. In this case, this variety can effectively use favorable conditions (irrigation) for filling grain at the end of the growing season. Compared to standard varieties, it is not affected by volatile and hard soot. Has high resistance to brown and stem rust of powdery mildew, increased resistance to Swedish and Hesse flies.

The maximum grain yield in the experiments was 8.7 t / ha under irrigation. According to the main signs of quality, the Clarissa variety belongs to strong wheat.

Biological features: Variety - aureum. The duration of the growing season is 67-75 days. Plants are medium-sized, resistant to lodging. Weight of 1000 seeds 7.0 - 7.4 g. Drought-resistant, resistant to lodging and shedding of grain. The lesion of the smut is weak.

Economic properties: Ripens 10-12 days earlier than standard varieties with high plant productivity. It has good technological qualities of grain and high consumer properties of cereals. Suitable for growing in post-harvest and post-harvest crops. At summer terms of sowing the crop makes 1,2-1,5 t / hectare. It is also recommended in mixed crops with peas and soybeans to obtain a highly nutritious feed mixture balanced in protein and essential amino acids.

Agrotechnical requirements: The best precursors in the cultivation of millet are winter cereals, sugar beets, legumes, perennial legumes. Safflower

Originator: Institute of Oilseeds NAAS (Zaporizhzhya), LLC Research and Production Company "Driada, LTD" (Kherson). Included in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine since 2011, it is recommended for cultivation in the south of Ukraine.

Biological signs: Plant height up to 92 cm. The growing season is 110 days. The flowers of the plant are red-orange. The plant has rounded upper leaves without serrations on the edge of the leaf blade. There are no thorns, only in some very dry years there may be thorns one on each leaf, which envelops the basket. The leaves are usually green and have an entire leaf blade. The variety is resistant to fusarium wilt and rust, suitable for mechanized harvesting. Seed oil content - 30%, weight 1000 pcs. seeds - 46 g.

Economic signs: Safflower Gentle is not afraid of frost, so it should be sown as early as possible at the level of spring cereals or oilseed flax. Sowing can be continuous, narrow-row, or wide-row. Economic and biological characteristics: A new early-maturing variety of sunflower, belongs to the middle-early group. The growing season is 107-110 days. Oil content 43-45%. The variety is resistant to infestation and powdery mildew, rust. Refers to rot. The seeds do not crumble when overgrown. Over the years of competitive research, the average yield of the variety is 2 t / ha, which is 10% higher than the standard. It is especially expedient to use the variety in regions with a degenerate deficit of moisture supply (southern and south-eastern regions of Ukraine). With a sufficient amount of moisture supply of crops, the variety can give large-fruited seeds.

Approbation signs: Stem height 165-180 cm, convex basket. With a sufficient amount of moisture supply, the weight of 1000 seeds exceeds 100 g (up to 150 g.)
