The SSAH group is moving ahead with exciting developments in mobile app based fintech platforms aimed at improving Ukrainian farmer access to affordable finance. Effectively a start-up within the group, in 2022 SSAH will launch new mobile platform based financial, marketing, sales and logistics services.
 
We are looking for an energetic, motivated Ukraine based entrepreneur-CTO to lead the start-up. The post will report to Group Chairman/CEO. The post is based in Odesa, although part-time distance working is possible.
 
•    Previous experience as a Chief Technology Officer (СTO) and/or Senior Software Engineer ideally in an international environment – 5 years
•    Ambition to drive and build a successful business from zero
•    Desirably with an MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
•    In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
•    Hands-on experience with complex project management 
•    Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
•    Advanced level conversational English
•    Ukrainian native language
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•    Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
•    Proactive problem solver
•    Attention to detail
